Quote from CEO, Contract Manufacturing & Services, Marcelo Morales:
“Jubilant HollisterStier prides itself for our community outreach and employee wellness programs. One such opportunity is our support of the CTR program through creative events and financial incentives. Our employees recently showed their support for this program by joining in a Bicycle to Work day (which was sponsored by Mr. Morales). Last year, 54 employees participated and earned a company-wide reward of ice cream for everyone!”
Lesley Schmidt, HR Administrative Assistant and Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) adds that the Bike to Work Day was one of her proudest CTR moments. “The CEO challenged all the employees including leadership to ride their bikes to work on the same day. Our challenge was to encourage 10% of our employees to participate in the event. We met our goal and earned an ice cream social. We also gathered for a group photo which now hangs proudly on our lunchroom wall”.
