It All Adds Up to Cleaner Air Campaign Info
If you’re not part of the problem, you’re part of the solution! This winter, over 120 businesses, along with the Spokane County Commute Trip Reduction Office and Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency are teaming up to support the It All Adds Up To Cleaner Air promotion. This promotion running January – March encourages all of us to choose clean air actions. These actions, when added up collectively, can make a big difference in our winter air quality in our community.
Give one or all of these a try to be part of the clean air solution this winter!
- Use alternatives to driving to work alone
- Combine errands into fewer trips
- Keep your car well maintained
- Burn cleanly if you heat with wood
There are many benefits to using a commute alternative this winter. You avoid driving in bad weather, help reduce air pollution and traffic congestion, save money, have less wear and tear on your car and you could win cool prizes. This January – March, by choosing not to drive to work alone, and by regularly updating your online commute calendar you can win the following prizes. So keep it up because - It all adds up to cleaner air!
