A devoted champion of the Commute Smart Program, Janet has helped build a culture where smart travel is second nature. From free bus passes and rideshare subsidies to onsite locker rooms and secure bike storage, STA makes it easy for their employees to ditch the solo drive. Plus, their Emergency Ride Home program ensures no one is ever stranded during an emergency.

Janet’s personal commitment is just as impressive. She launched a rideshare group during the pandemic that has since grown to five members. By carpooling for their 100-mile roundtrip journey, her group saves over 42,000 miles of road wear and emissions every year.
